My journey began in 2012 while traveling India and south-east Asia with a GoPro. Little did I know that I was on the path to discovering my passion. A passion for the moving image.

A year of still photography and two Post Graduate courses later, I feel I have truly found myself in the realm of the Camera department. The experience in Central Film School and Goldsmith University of London as well as multiple sets of short films, commercials, and music videos gave my eyes the imagery and practice it needed to move on to become a confident Cinematographer.

It feels natural to be on set. The discipline of being a member of the camera department appealed to me from the beginning of my film making practice. I realized a very natural progression in my skills as a focus puller to gradually becoming a Cinematographer and camera/MoVi operator. As of October 2016, I have begun training as a Steadicam operator with the vision of becoming a sought after Cinematographer/Steadicam Operator in the near future.

Amongst my peers, I have built a reputation of being reliable, creative, and efficient and hardworking on set. Members of the cast and crew have on occasion confided in me, that I am a great source of positive energy and that they connect with me as an operator.

My belief is that a good crew needs trust, clear communication and an unspoken understanding of each other. Luckily with the bunch of misfits that have become my crew, this is the norm.

I CHOOSE TO ALWAYS PUSH MY LIMITS, AND I DO SO WITH EVERY NEW PROJECT I PURSUE.
